- By empowering leadership at all levels (because discipleship by its very nature requires an empowering leader).
- By continual passionate vision casting about the dynamic discipleship aspects of soldiership.
- By training disciples.
- By reflecting on our progress.
How will we take significant steps towards the eradication of poverty in New Zealand?
- By developing a process that enables all Salvationists to engage in exploring the key questions of Salvationist mission in Aotearoa/New Zealand.
How will we be a connected, streamlined, mission-focused Army?
A connected, streamlined mission focused Army:
• Responsibly lives within its means;
• Focuses its resources and assets for maximum impact on mission;
• Has ministries that are connected, supporting one another, seamless;
• Builds leaders skilled at empowering consistent delivery of mission outcomes;
• Is disciplined in its decision making about the focus of its work.
